BringIt! Organic Cotton Face Masks FAQs

Bring it! Masks FAQ:

How does COVID-19 impact my order? Due to new mask wearing guidelines, our organic cotton face masks are in high demand. Although we do our best to get your order out within 48 hours, our processing time for in-stock orders could be up to 5 business days. We are sewing new masks as fast as we can, but back orders may take 2-4 weeks to ship.

Additionally, shipping times have increased. We have no control over the mail, so please be patient with shipping. Your order may take an extra day or an extra week to get to you. You will receive a tracking number so you can check on it's progress.

Do You Offer Local Pick Up? Yes! If you are in the Los Angeles area, you can pick up your order from us in Venice or Mar Vista. Select the local pick up option in the shipping section when you check out and we can arrange it via email.

How do I know what size to get?  Check out our sizing diagrams here. If you are looking for a mask to cover an N95 or similar, you will need the large size.

What do you mean by organic? Bring It! uses 100% GOTS certified organic cotton sourced in the US (some of it is even grown in the US) & low impact eco-friendly dyes for the face and lining of our masks.

When will I get my backorder? Due to the high volume of sales, some items may be available only on backorder.  Backorders may take 2-4 weeks to ship.

Can I return it? Sorry, but for obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on masks. Please let us know if there is a problem with yours and we will try to make it right.

Tell me about your giving back.  10% of profits go to providing masks to people in need via community organizations. We use the website GetPPE.org to match what we have to offer with requests.

Do you sell wholesale? Please contact us at info@bringitmasks.com if you are interested in a wholesale or large order.

Safety:  We think it's a good idea to wear a mask anytime you are in public. But BringIt! organic cotton face masks are not intended as a medical product. See the CDC website for advice on wearing a mask in public. Click here for more information from the CDC.
